We implemented this software for our new clinic 5 months ago and have been completely happy with it. The integration between scheduling, billing, client files, and the client portal is seamless and extremely intuitive on both sides, allowing us to be 100% digital with our client files, with top tier security and confidentiality. We had a slight delay in credit card processing initially as our clinic is "owned" by a college and not a single owner, resulting in a paperwork delay as we worked with the college finance and legal teams and the credit card processor, but once that was set, integration was virtually instantaneous. Customer Service has always been extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all of our questions, both via phone and email. Their response time, especially via email is stellar. The Help Center is also extremely resource-filled, giving step by step instructions, with screenshots, on just about every topic available. I do wish there were a chat option for Customer Service, but with the rapid response time via the other options, this is only a convenience wish. Our next step will be to accept insurance and I'm confident with the way the system is already setup, that will also be a breeze.

From the time I started using TherapyNotes several years ago and made a LOT of calls for support, to present day, when I have to only occasionally call (because the TN team unfailingly answers my "how do I" questions then sends a follow up email with the written detailed instructions for future reference), I have been utterly satisfied that my 'user-challenge' is resolved every time.
