Am a medical biller. Had never used therapy notes until recently. Am familiar with management software/platforms etc. I definitely like the portal set-up, and had to call support a couple times to help me with a couple things I just didn't understand. Support both times was awesome, not only talked me through solution, but provided tutorials in email response after call. Phone support 100% awesome. Additionally, when I was first getting familiar with t-notes, the amount of existing "how to videos, and therapy notes instructional pages are very large, and super helpful with data input, and editing. Therapy notes has everything from scheduling first encounter, claim submission, to tracking revenue. Awesome platform for individuals, or groups.

Today I had many claims that needed to be resubmitted. They were from several different payors. I put in a call today. My wait time was a less than a medium amount of time. It was much quicker than caller the Payors. I spoke with Ms J. Using only her initial. She was cheerful, helpful, patient, and has several ideas of what my issues were with my claims. It worked very well. Any time I have called Therapy Notes all of the representatives have been cheerful and helpful. I selected this company by default of my credentialer. She was familiar with Therapy Notes, therefore, I chose this company as my EMR. I am not sorry. The price is fair. The help is impeccable and the use of my time spent on my TO DO list is respected. I would again chose Therapy Nots as my Electronic Medical Record company.

I have been in private practice for years. I recently changed from another billing company due to costs. TherapyNotes has great customer service and has been able to walk me through, not only the transition, but also follow up claims and billing questions.

I have been using Therapynotes for about 2 months now. It has made billing a lot lot easier. I appreciate being able to bill with a click of a button. I also appreciate being able to decline appointments. There could be room for improvement there as they don't alert the client that the appointment was declined, you have to do that yourself but it's also easy to miss the message that lets you know that. Also setting up billing can be a tad bit confusing and a bit of a nuance but once it's done its all good. There has been a big delay in receiving payment, but I believe that is on part of the insurance company. Video is pretty good and pretty easy to get to. I have found though that the video will lag on occasion and act up. It also appears to always say that internet connection is poor for both parties; I am not sure what that is about. All in all I can say I do like the platform. They have even made some small changes in the short period of time I've been on. Once thing I can say is stellar is the amount of support, they give you. There are videos and helpful blogs everywhere, but they are also always reaching out to see if you need assistance with anything. They call, email, and just reach out if they feel you need anything. I think the platform is awesome and I am pleased with my decision.

This is the most user-friendly EMR system I've ever used (I've tried about 5 of them). Exceptional customer service.

Pretty easy setup. Get the insurance all set up and signed up for ERA's was the worst part. Once things are done and set up it is pretty easy.

The response to me was timely, professional, knowledgeable, and offered a very patient demeanor. I could not have asked for better,

I've had the service for about three months now but am just really getting started. I wanted to first get all of my patients loaded into their system. I am looking forward to getting my payers setup to see how it works for me. Customer support has been awesome. So far, so good.
