Fast and easy to use

Have been using telehealth for years in my practice. Chose to integrate TherapyNotes with my office requirements ( therapy and process notes, BAA, etc) after a terrific trial period. They are everything they say they are...truly, "as advertised." Their costomer service could not be more responsive; the tutorials and forms library are complete. They are the perfect solution for this sole practioner...they make administration and compliance easy. Thank you.

Not the flashiest EHR out there, but in the years that I've been with them, I've found that they work to continuously improve user experience, keep costs contained, take feedback seriously, and provide customer service that is quick, competent, and kind.

Although I waited 20 minutes for help, it was worth it. With my limited skills, following directions on some sights is very frustrating. Not today and not with my helper Rochelle ! She seemed to understand my limitations and so patiently directed me on what to do. Best of all, she completed steps for me, saving me time and frustration. It would be easy to say that I was a “happy camper” when I hung up. Thank you Rochelle.

Therapy Notes is wonderful. As a solo practitioner, it meets all my needs. As a solo practitioner who does everything from sweeping the floors to billing to seeing client, it is a real game changer!
