It was easy to communicate with the salesperson at TMC. I received prompt replies to my queries, costs were clearly set out and the system was installed as agreed. The installation team was prompt, friendly, efficient, and neat. After installation, the technician explained, to our satisfaction, how it worked. I did have one negative experience when I called in to clarify my ID information. The person who answered was not conversational and seemed to want to get me off the line as quickly as possible which I did without being totally satisfied with the answer. Regarding other calls, they were very satisfactory and overall, I am happy to recommend TMC.

A couple of days ago we switched alarm companies and so far we have been very very pleased in our dealings with The Monitoring System. The sales manager Mirella is wonderful and so very prompt in her response to our emails. The technicians especially Amit was amazing, polite, professional, patient and knowledgeable! FANTASTIC experience - from 1st call to discuss the instalation the installer was terrific and very helpful, to set up after install. All was a wonderful experience with a rate that was also surprising. Thank you for a great transition to TMC!
