Very quick, very responsive and very efficient. I was glad to know that the technicians are employees of the monitoring center and not third party contractors. Very accommodating Sales Manager and technician. Very Happy that I decided to go with the Monitoring center

I decided to upgrade from my existing security system so that The Monitoring Center could monitor it. The installation went smooth and the technician addressed all my questions. The only hiccup was that the installation started later than the scheduled time, which made me to miss my other appointment - hence I took off one star.
