While this isn’t an excuse, we’ve already taken steps to ensure better coverage during peak times in the future, so we can provide more timely assistance when you need it most. Compatibility and Promotions I understand your frustration with the compatibility confusion and the timing of promotions. Regarding the MeatStick V, I’m sorry for any misunderstanding. It has recently come to our attention that older Android devices, like your Note 8, require the MeatStick Red app for compatibility. While the app doesn’t currently display the V model in its interface, rest assured that the MeatStick V works with the Red app once permissions and location settings are enabled. We’re actively working to improve the visibility and communication around this. As for the free extender promotion, we recognize how this may have felt unfair given the timing of your purchase. Your feedback has been noted and will help us refine how we communicate future promotions. Technical Issues I’m truly sorry for the technical challenges you faced, including connectivity issues and app updates. We also offered an upgrade to our latest probe at a discounted rate of 50%, although it was indeed a separate promotion from our 30% off sale price at that time.
