We offered a discounted replacement after your Stick was overheated — this discount is intended specifically for a one-time replacement and does not apply to additional purchases. We understand the timing coincided with a separate promotion for MeatStick V, but we are unable to combine discounts beyond the original replacement offer. Regarding the color selection, our records indicate that you requested yellow or black. If you received a different color and the Stick has not yet been used, we would be happy to arrange an exchange. Please feel free to contact our support team directly.
