TEC isn't nearly as great as it thinks it is, not at least for my application, but it is fairly amenable to adaptation. Which possibly went a bit far in my case, so I had to call for some tech support – which was 100% excellent. Fast response, sensible troubleshooting, a patch that worked, and good instructions for using it.

Great plugin although some concerns about compatibility with others plugins and themes (in my case with Flatsome and Toolset) can be discussed but I don't worry as they got a GREAT RESPONSIVE SUPPORT TEAM !

Hands down, the best and most complete customer support in the business! I had several issues especially with bots attaching our site, especially the calendar. TEC helped us lock the calendar down so it prevented them from constantly trying to get on our site. TEC was so helpful in getting some very old files cleaned out and in doing so, I learned some better ways of doing things. Thank you TEC!!

I had a very technical support issue with The Events Calendar Pro plugin interfering with a specific functionality in my website theme. I worked with Avtar B to resolve this issue, and they were thorough, attentive, knowledgeable, and quick to resolve it. I was genuinely impressed with the amount of time and effort put into it! I have utilized The Events Calendar products for 10 years and it has been an overall very positive experience.

Excellent support and, most importantly, a real solution! I had a difficult issue with the WordPress Block Editor on my website, which remained completely blank when editing pages. The support team took the time to investigate the problem thoroughly, asked the right questions, guided me through several tests, and eventually accessed my site to investigate it in more depth. They identified the actual cause and fixed it. My editor is now working perfectly again! I really appreciate the patience, professionalism and thoroughness of Abhisake Jain.
