I am having a wonderful experience with BlogPress. I can reach anyone easily and they provide excellent customer service. The website in itself is functional and easy to use. I appreciate the training modules as well as this can help any first time blogger feel at ease.

Thank You for getting back to me! I really appreciated your quick response to my review! I have changed my rating after you explained the situation as you did. I think I might have misunderstood your suggesting sumo. I was under impression I had to add it in order for blogpress to be of some use to me in addition to blogpress. I know now that you are distinct from all the suggestions you give for program that might help me to advance and learn about blogging. I apologize for the misunderstanding and my jumping the gun and Will try to stay closer to your guidelines and training to move forward . Peter

UPDATED: THANKS PETER! Let us know if there's anything we can do to help you succeed! Hey Peter. Sounds like you're having trouble getting started with your blog. We can help with that, but obviously there will be a learning curve if you've never done it before. The Sumo service is completely separate from BlogPress. I sent out that promo today with a really good deal for people who are ready for something like that. It's completely optional and in no way required to have a blog with BlogPress. I didn't see you mention anything in your review about the actual service provided by BlogPress? Your review seems to be more about your frustration with the whole idea of blogging and not about BlogPress at all. Would you mind updating your review so that it's more about our service and if not maybe you could just remove it? 2-star reviews really hurt us... If there's something we did or did not do to earn those 2 stars, then please let us know so we can fix it!!! Thanks in advance:). -- Jennifer BlogPress Customer Success
