Both Jennifer and Dan have shown humour and a great deal of professionalism in dealing with ALL my issues. I am still very much a beginner in the Blog Game

I have had a great experience with my blogging. I had never done anything like this before. I am older and do not have the technology skills needed to set up a blog. The Blogpress team was there every time I had questions - which was frequently. Thank you Blogoress!!

I trust BlogPress with handling my blog because as someone who is NOT a tech savvy person, I have immediate assistance with my blog whether it's changing a theme's element, getting my email opt-in form to look just right or setting up my membership site so I can monetize my blog. The BlogPress has excellent customer service and I never feel alone.

Blog Press is a Great blog/website builder! They are efficient and know about the blogging process better than anyone that I have dealt with. Blog Press has allowed my blog to reach out to millions of people. If it were not for Blog Press, my blog would not be a success. Their services are inexpensive and I am very grateful that I receive my blog services through Blog Press!

You only use email and some of the message appear to be automated? not sure, but I dropped my acct.
Response from BlogPress· Nov 3, 2015
Hi Martin. Thanks for your candid feedback. Yes, it's true that we only offer email support at this time, but I assure you all support responses are from real people with the exception of the confirmation email that you receive letting you know that a ticket has been opened - that one is automated. We hope to add live chat support in the very near future. --Jennifer
