TenantCloud gets a 10 from us!
TenantCloud is very easy to navigate as a new(ish) landlord. We needed something cost-effective that also offered features beneficial for our residents and this fit the bill perfectly. Definitely recommend

Great for the price
For the price, I think TenantCloud is a great platform. Its features are fairly simple, so if you’re looking for something more robust or comprehensive, it may not be the best fit. That said, it covers the basics really well, and their customer service has been great in my experience.

Gets the job done for small property owner
Great software. Helps me manage my 7 small units and track lease renewals, rental cheques, and receivables. It’s probably a bit more powerful than I need. Remember to try and negotiate pricing for multiple users.

Be Your Own Property Manager
10-15% is a lot when using a property manager! TenantCloud really made it simple for me to be my own property manager and saved me not only money but the headache of creating leases because they do it all for you! I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone that is looking to be their own property manager without the hassle.
