I'm so happy I switched to Tenant Cloud from Quickbooks. It's so much more simple to use and there are so many options to use within the program. The pricing is SO much better than QBs too!

It’s a good service but pricey for what it offers.

Programming/security glitch on your end. First two service reps were nice, but didn't seem thoroughly trained and were unable to help me. HOWEVER, called again and spoke with Crystal. She was AMAZING! She went to extraordinary lengths to discover the cause of the problem. Even tho she couldn't process my payment I was thoroughly pleased with her help. Give that girl a raise!!

We like how this's a dedicated platform we can use to manage and track all things related to our real estate portfolio. While we're still only using the Starter plan for our current needs, as we expand our portfolio we can't wait to leverage the host of other functionalities related to tax forms, premium leads, and landlord forms that would otherwise be difficult to do on our own.

Just started using TC this year. Big learning curve for sure. It’s nice to have everything in one platform. I definitely need to watch some more tutorials! Fairly easy to use, set up your properties.

They are improving the platform which is encouraging. It already works well but there are some challenges which have been addressed. My only negative experience was I had an issue with my subscription once and I was told it was my fault which I’m not sure if it was or not but it wasn’t too big of an issue. I use the lowest paid tier for one property with 4 units.

Their customer service responds in a very timely manner which I appreciate greatly

We have been using Tenant Cloud for a few years. It has been very helpful with communicating, organizing, and recording activity with our tenants. The online payment system saves us time with recording payments and going to the bank. When we had a problem or concern with an issue, their support has been both timely and helpful.
