Hi Shavanda, Thank you for sharing your feedback. Although some time has passed, we always want to deliver an exceptional customer experience and apologize that this was not handled earlier. Unfortunately, carrier delays can happen despite orders being sent via expedited shipping, and our goal is always to assist in any way we can. We tried to contact you today to offer a solution for you but were unable to reach you. Please feel free to reach back out to our Customer Experience Team at 800-878-1660 and we'd be happy to resolve this for you. We look forward to hearing from you soon.
