Hi Sandra, We apologize if you did not request a refill. Your order was on Active/ Auto Refill and we did note that you were able to successfully change it to a manual fill. Moving forward you should not have any concerns. Since it is on its way, you can refuse the package and USPS will return it to us. Once we receive confirmation, we will definitely refund you. Highly recommend!

Requested to tablets per day was sent…
Requested to tablets per day was sent one. It was offered $20 discount. Second prescription. We're set one prize without discount. And then when received second prescription was charged, double still never had the twenty dollar discount applied. And then told that you no longer would like to help me
