There are several important conditions that determine when an order can be cancelled: Orders in “Requires Approval” - We are able to cancel an order if it has not yet been prescribed and is still in the “Requires Approval” status. Orders that have been prescribed and shipped Once an order has been prescribed and shipped, we are no longer able to cancel it. Orders that have been delivered- If a package has already been delivered, we are, by law, unable to take back a prescription once it leaves the pharmacy. Prescription medications cannot be returned or re-dispensed for patient safety and regulatory reasons. Account deletion and medical records To delete an account, we must first: Confirm that you do not have any active automatic refill plans, and Delete any data associated with your email address to the extent required and/or permitted by applicable state and federal laws. Please note that prescription records are considered Protected Health Information (PHI) and are subject to regulations such as HIPAA. These regulations require us to retain certain records for legal, ethical, and patient safety reasons. This means that while we can deactivate your account and remove non-essential data, we may be required to retain some prescription information in a secure manner to comply with the law.
