About shipping.
Took forever for the shipping, waited more days than usual till I had to contact support to get them to ship my package. I’ve later received an email about the apology waiting longer than usual, and I just might order from tecisoft again sometime. They were very nice and hope they wouldn’t have to deal with any more issues again.
