After searching for the disks I needed, you came through. If you had a more extensive stock, that would be my desire in the future. I'm looking for the smaller disks, 4gb, 8gb, etc. 16gb is what I had to settle for. Got them pretty quickly. A little bit more than I wanted to pay, but you had them in stock. Thanks.

The spinners works great for my ballerina ornaments on my tree. You can hear a soft hum coming from the motor but no big deal. For me the high cost, (shipping & exchange) was the reason for the 4 stars. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

The three glitter globe power supplies with cords are fine quality and all worked properly at a very reasonable price ($8.95). However there was confusion about shipping cost because on the Google page showing this vendor the listing indicated free shipping and when on the TeciSoft ordering site the $12.45 shipping charge wasn't added to the "order total" until I clicked the "Pay" button. Overall it was a good deal.

Found an item I needed 1 week out. Their website promised 2-5 day shipping. Ordered the part. On day 5 I contacted them because my order was still not shipped. After waiting a few hours, they came back to me to say the item was on backorder and they would be canceling my order. They offered a coupon for future purchases and explained they are a small seller. Had a discussion with them and they understand the frustration. Hopefully they amend their practices going forward.

I was reluctant to use Tecisoft because they were new and there weren't many reviews. I decided to try them based on the small amount of feedback that I had seen. I placed an order with them on 9/21/2022 for a Kingston SD card and reader. The item expected to ship within 2 to 3 weeks. After 10 days, I hadn't seen any status updates and I had been charged for the item. I personally don't like when companies take payment weeks before an item is shipped. Tecisoft understood my concerns and reversed the charge and said they would still follow through with the order. On 10/17/2022, I finally received my order. This was slightly longer than the estimated shipping window, but I did get my order with the correct items. Tecisoft seems to be a reputable company that I would order from again.

Great website to get a discounted rate. I purchased the MicrosoftOffice for Mac much cheaper than I could find anywhere else. When I first purchased, I was accidentally sent MicrosoftOffice for PC so it wouldn't activate; however, customer service resolved the problem without issue and sent me a corrected activation code for Mac. I would order again to save the money!
