I've been a client of this company since 2017. As soon as they opened the platform for international traders in 2017, I jumped in. No regrets at all. 5 stars all across the board. And I've been around: TD, Avenue, IBKR, Binance, and also all sorts of Brazilian brokerage firms (a dozen of them). There is one particular aspect of Tastytrade that totally OBLITERATES ANY of those I've used to trade in the past. Not technology, not commissions, not platform design (although they kill on these as well). It's CUSTOMER SUPPORT. They're courteous. They're fast. They're on point. They're generous. AND THEY SOLVE THE PROBLEM. They truly help. I love these guys.

Tastytrade is by far the best stock/options broker. Their customer service team is very supportive and responds quickly. Other brokers either have long turnaround times or their staff just don’t sound knowledgeable, leaving you with more questions than answers. Tastytrade’s platform UI is also very easy to use, especially for options traders. Regarding fees, Tastytrade offers the lowest commission for options traders, which is capped at $20 to open the trade and free to close the trade. And, no, Robinhood and other ‘free’ brokers are not cheaper because they rob you through inferior PFOF order fills. As such, I highly recommend Tastytrade.

They have a very professional and courteous service (more professional than any broker I've encountered), but their fees are very high. For example, they charge $5 for assignment/exercise, which means you won't be able to do many options strategies... and you won't be able to close them either because you won't have any profit left because the gaps between the bid and ask will take all of your profit (even though their closing is free, but you still pay a lot gaps). I think this fee is the biggest failure that ruins all the quality service they have. It's such a shame that they don't understand this. It just makes a lot of people not open positions and in the end they lose a lot more. In addition, note that wire withdrawal fees are very high and reach $45. Bottom line, I really believe that in the future they are going to cencel the unnecessary $5 and then they will really be the best broker.
