We had a fantastic experience with SyncWords! The team was incredibly responsive and supportive, especially considering we reached out just a day before our event. Despite the short notice, they moved quickly, understood our requirements, and helped us set everything up smoothly. Their prompt communication and willingness to go the extra mile made a huge difference in ensuring our event ran successfully. It’s rare to find a team that is this efficient, reliable, and customer-focused. Highly recommend SyncWords to anyone looking for a dependable solution and a team that truly cares about helping you succeed!

Kedar was super helpful and kind. At the very last minute, we requested the syncwords integration and he juggled it like a real pro. We have no complaints about the process due to the fact that he was our account manager.

Thank you Syncwords, really easy to work with you. Excellent communication and support, very reactive 'onsite' (online). Completed the event captioning end to end and any blips were dealt with efficiently. Great to have as part of the team.

SyncWords are amazing to work with and I am thrilled that our working relationship is growing from strength to strength. Their level of attention to detail and knowledge is truly outstanding. The team are lovely, supportive and deeply care about their customers. Syncwords most recent release on generating captions for live streams and live events is brilliant and I'm looking forward to what they release throughout this year.
