Cocoon Flex SpacesReviews of cocoonflexspaces.com

Very good! I organized a three days team building for a team of 54 people and the experience working with the Cocoon team was top notch. We not only rented Casa Victoria but they also coordinated catering, AV services and team building activities for us. We will be back soon to book another of their beautiful Casas!

I booked a Cocoon Flex Spaces location for my fashion shoot client; everyone was very happy with the outcome. I had previously booked a different CFS for another client who was felt the same. We appreciated their support and service. LeRoi is an excellent location site rep who was punctual, knowledgeable and helpful. The location looks are pictured and they accommodated our location scout and recce requests.

would book again!

Our experience with Cocoon was unfortunately not a positive one. Overall the booking and production experience had several issues that made the process much more difficult than expected. Certain site requirements were not communicated clearly enough ahead of the shoot and significantly impacted our ability to work efficiently once on set. More concerning was the experience with the property owner, whose behavior toward our crew was highly unprofessional and made the entire team uncomfortable. We work on productions regularly and understand the importance of respecting the properties we shoot in. At the same time, we expect the spaces we book through a production partner to be appropriate for professional productions and for issues to be handled respectfully and reasonably. Unfortunately, based on this experience and the other issues we encountered throughout the booking process, we would not book through Cocoon again.

Working with the Cocoon crew has been an absolute delight! Their communication is top-notch, quick replies every single time. They're accommodating, low-stress, and always happy to help. Having an on-site coordinator who really knows the space and consistently shows up to assist the whole crew makes all the difference! I'm already looking forward to my next project just so I have an excuse to book with Cocoon and collaborate with these wonderful people again. Huge thanks to everyone at Cocoon!

The Cocoon team is fantastic. The spaces they've curated are wonderful and the crew is very responsive and helpful. Looking forward to the next event!

We hosted our grad party here and had such a lovely experience with the venue and staff. Definitely recommend this beautiful space!

The Cocoon team is SUCH a pleasure to work with! I couldn't ask for better communication. Fast responses. Flexible...easy, always open to sharing other ideas. And, providing on set management who truly understands the location, is always there to help/support the entire team, is amazing! I can't wait to begin my next research and work book a Cocoon space again just to be able to work with the team again! Thank you Cocoon team!
