Once I figured out the recruiting process I was comfortable. The application part needs work. Email me for further discussion on that piece. I can help you hit the target!

Many of the remote jobs posted aren’t actually remote. Plus there’s a bug when I want to regenerate my professional summary with edits - it doesn’t update or save the resume with those edits. I won’t renew my subscription

Hi there, Thank you for letting us know about the issues you ran into, and I’m sorry they disrupted your search. What we’ve fixed (within one business day of your report): 1. Remote‑only filter – An edge‑case categorization bug let a handful of hybrid/on‑site roles slip through. The filter logic was patched yesterday and we’ve re‑indexed affected listings so only true remote roles appear. 2. Professional summary save – A caching error prevented edited summaries from persisting. This was resolved yesterday afternoon, and you should now be able to regenerate, edit, and save without any hiccups. Please log out and back in (or hard‑refresh) to pick up the changes. If anything still looks off, just email [email protected] or use the in‑app chat and we’ll jump on it right away.

No offers and several applications
Response from Swooped· May 30, 2025
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and I’m sorry to hear you haven’t landed an offer yet. In today’s market it’s common for candidates to submit dozens—sometimes hundreds—of applications before seeing interview traction, so “several” applications (even with Swooped) often isn’t enough to move the needle. Here’s how we can help you get more out of the platform: 1. Application Volume Strategy – Our data shows that users who reach 30–50 targeted applications per week see the highest interview rates. If you’d like help scaling up safely (without duplicate postings or mismatched roles), let us know and we’ll walk you through the Auto‑Apply settings that power‑users rely on. 2. Resume & Cover‑Letter Calibration – Small tweaks to keywords and accomplishment metrics can dramatically improve ATS scores. We offer a free 1‑on‑1 “resume health check” with our customer success team; just email [email protected] and mention this review. 3. Networking Outreach Boost – Our new Networking feature sends personalized connection emails to hiring managers and future teammates. Pairing outreach with every application can double your response rate. Christine, we’re fully invested in your job search success. Please reach out to [email protected] or chat with us in‑app so we can dig into your specific goals and help you secure that next role. Thank you again for your feedback—together we’ll turn those applications into offers!

My Take: When looking for project management opportunities, I am receiving job postings for Store Manager and HR roles. Additionally, many companies appear to have no clear understanding of the titles they are posting. A Project Manager is not the same as a Sales Manager, nor is someone who will be installing the project. Perhaps you could offer guidance to these companies to ensure a better experience for both parties.

Hi Joshua, Unfortunately we don't have full control over how companies decide to post jobs on the system, but there are ways to use our search filtering system to better optimize your results. I'd be happy to jump on a call and help you optimize things. Just email [email protected] and we will set things up.

I really like the UI and how well everything gets displayed and explained. I also love the fact that this helps me create custom Resumes and Cover Letters for the job I am applying for.
