The job listings were very helpful and timely as well as the AI generation for resumes and cover letters! As an added bonus, the customer service was also exceptional when I encountered an issue.

Swooped definitely helped me get more job interviews and saved me a ton of time with my applications. I noticed that the developers were continually updating functionality to make the site more user-friendly, which I appreciated. And the cover letter generation was incredibly helpful.

Not a very useful tool. Not even an interview in OVER 6 months of using this product. I think that says enough. Edit: Reached out and your rep didn't know what I was talking about. I replied again and never got a reply. So, what next?

The general feedback on other review sites is less than flattering. Most reviewers on other sites indicate that job postings are not real and that no one has ever heard back from the actual companies supposedly behind the jobs listed. It seems highly unlikely that if the job postings were for real jobs that there would be such a high number of applicants who have never heard from anyone. NOT even a rejection email. It just doesn’t add up. According to the people who have made comments on other sites Swooped is purely a resume and cover letter generating AI service. NO actual real jobs posted. If you search for employees of Swooped on LinkedIn you will find only a few. Nearly all of them block you from reading their profiles which is highly suspect.

Swooped isn’t just a resume/cover-letter tool. We’re a job search and application assistant: we surface roles from employers and trusted partners, help candidates tailor materials, and (when possible) streamline applying to the employer’s site. We don’t create fake postings, and we remove listings that appear stale or invalid as soon as we detect them or users flag them. It’s true that many employers don’t send rejection emails, especially on high-volume roles. While we can’t control an employer’s response process, we are continually improving our job freshness, relevance, and de-duplication—and your feedback helps us prioritize that work. As for the team: we’re a small, remote company that also works with contractors, so not everyone keeps a public LinkedIn profile. That said, your trust matters far more than our profiles. If you can share a couple of specific links you found questionable, we’ll audit them immediately and make it right. You can reach us [email protected].

I have applied to several jobs using your AI and haven't even gotten a call or interview. So far, I'm not impressed. I'd like to be, but I'm not. Also, the AI tends to "make things up" when my skills aren't a match. Don't make it up, so I have to read the entire resume and cover letter every time to make sure I'm not lying to the company I am trying to interview with. Yes I need to scan through each customization, but I should have to check to make sure it didn't sneak in "Looker" experience when it is found nowhere on my cover letter nor resume.

Hi Monique, We offer a setting our resume generation tool that allow you to set the percentage of bullet point you want updated with each AI optimization. Our tool suggested keywords that will help you get past ATS filters for the jobs you are targeting, but you can also edit any of the suggestion before sending a resume off. We'd be happy to chat with you and help you with your job search. Just email us at [email protected]. It's a pretty tough market out there for certain roles and wed be happy to help you optimize your process

Do not bother to apply for a or use any of their sites if you are a conservative. You will be shadow banned. The reply is a complete lie. I suggest they keep a closer eye on what the moderators on their My Health Team sites are doing. Given the nature of these sites and the delicate mental and physical condition of some of the users, the actions of these moderators could be very dangerous. And another lie! I was banned from one of your sites for using a MAGA user picture and another user was not banned for using a No Kings picture. I’ve contacted your company about this directly and have been completely ignored! GEEZ! “ On Sat, Jul 12 at 2:23 AM @yahoo.com> wrote: No response to my concern about politics on the site and my inability to block someone. Is it because I’m a conservative? If so, please delete my account. 235777:944834 The response: “ We are sorry to see you go. We are emailing to confirm that we have removed.” Now tell us how you’re not political, or you can tell my attorney because you’re about to be sued!

Hi Ruth, As a company we have not political affiliation or party bias and I can assure that it has no affect in how our platform works. Also we are not the direct hiring company for the jobs posted on our job board and do not have any say in how external companies choose to evaluate candidates. Our site is Swooped.co, we are not owners or any way affiliated with "My Health Team"
