Good wine at a reasonable price

Our orders with Swirl have been exceptional! Every wine we’ve had so far has been delicious! We order reds and no matter what varietal or where they come from we haven’t been disappointed. The shipping and tracking is so easy. Lots of notifications of how our order is progressing. We had one glitch in that we were supposed to get 12 bottles, but only got 6, however it was resolved very quickly. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend Swirl!

I was charged for wine that I never received. The carrier is the ones that kept the package.

The site was set up well. I had a question about one of the wines that I ordered and the customer service agent was professional and easy to understand. She looked up the information and was thorough in providing service.
