While the time to get the Engine was a little longer than I anticipated it came in freshly painted, cleaned and was in good working order. It was shipped on a pallet and shrink wrapped. My Mechanic was equally impressed with the appearance and quality of the parts. Thank You

The goods supplied (used engine) was in good condition. The supplied parts fit the application required with no issues. I would recommend using their services in the future.

Engine was great. Started right up. But fuel rail inlet was bent in shipping as well as heater tubing. Overall everything was great

well as the shop installed the engine they notice after they installed the engine and added oil the oil pan had a crack in it . i reported this to the warranty department and was transferred to a supervisor and he stated they don't cover the oil pan well i explained to the person that how can we no that the oil pan had a crack in it until oil was added after the engine was installed THERE IS NO WAY TO NO THIS. So in turn i had to pay for them to take the motor out again and replace the pan . the pan is the hole bottom of the engine in this car and the cross member is in the way so i got stuck with the bill so I'm not so sure about this 3 year warranty and if they will stand behind the claims to be the best in the business so that's why they don't get 5 stars

We bought an engine (used) for a '06 Hyundai Tiburon from SWEngines with the warranty. After the engine was installed it would not start. SWEngines will not respond to emails, nor will they return phone calls to address the bad engine. It appears the engine was stored in a condition that allowed moister to enter the motor, or it has a bad head and/or gasket. The engine should never have been sold in the condition it is in.

Most of the sensors were missing. To get the warranty they want you to do everything short of rebuilding it yourself. New timing belts, oil sump sensors

My experience was very positive. I needed the engine for my Grandson and I was not able to provide them with a lot of information. They took the information I gave them and provided me and the mechanic with an excellent engine. Thank you so Much, Jerome, Beverly and Parris Jackson
