My mechanic installed the engine and it had an oil leak so he called SWEngines and they wouldn't answer his call and never called him back. The transmission had to be pulled twice before the oil leak was fixed. He even changed the oil pan which shouldn't have ever been messed with. Needless to say, I am not all that impressed with SWEngines's customer service.

Hello Marsha, We apologize you had an issue with the engine. However, the warranty only covers the engine if the engine fails per the warranty Term & Conditions. We encourage all potential customers to read over the Warranty Terms & Conditions before making a purchase to make sure it is the right solution for you. The T&C's of the warranty are very clear and detailed as to not mislead anyone. We hope you now have a running vehicle, as this is our #1 goal. Thanks! SWE Feedback Team
