I had a blast opening the box! I got some really cool stuff, including six new bras that fit!!! Whatever didn't work for me, I passed on to friends, and charity. The kids' clothes I received I donated to my school's clothes closet for our low-income families. I plan to order again. Fingers crossed for fancy perfume! :-) NOTE: I don't remember my exact unboxing day, so I guessed March.

I bought a clothing only box and it was great. I definitely will get what I paid out of it. As to people saying it’s a scam you know what they say.. it’s for fun you know what you are buying when you press “pay”. I am 💯 percent happy with my box, not everything is geared for me, but it was total fun! I will buy again

All Temu junk. They send influencers great boxes with name brand items. There is no way it’s “luck of the draw”. And when I put a review on fb they blocked me. Shady company.

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your chest. The whole idea behind SurpriseChest is that each chest is random, and that means the experience can vary from box to box. To be clear, we do not create special boxes for influencers. All chests are pulled from the same inventory, and the items are wrapped, so we do not know exactly what is inside each individual chest before it ships. That randomness is part of the product, but we understand it may not be the right fit for everyone. We also have a strong base of repeat customers, with about 45% of our orders coming from returning buyers. That said, we never want anyone to feel misled, and we appreciate the feedback.

So much fun! I loved opening the mystery packages and I got several nice things! Some weird things and some things I donated straight to charity 🤣 I loved all the jewelry especially. I use the knee massager daily. I sold a couple things on marketplace. The box was was well worth the money I spent and super fun!

This is One of the few good to honest, mystery box companies out there. Unfortunately spent a lot of $$$ on quite a few dishonest companies that send disgustingly used, useless, returned items. I get it, every item can't be a winner, but one company in particular, 3 initials starting with g, sent absolute junk that even a reseller couldn't sell, used hairbrushes, used hoses, so much went right into the garbage! The value for the money from Surprise Chest was more than fair and lots of FUN for our family!!
