Like most retailers, they make no effort to actually provide customers actual service. once the sale is done, you get your product, and that's it. Cheap. Functional. Done.

Nothing went wrong, nothing was absolutely amazing, they did their job and that's awesome.

I got a lower price on my 120mm Antec LED fan thru Superbiz than walmart.com. Both are competitive with their prices. The need for both performance and a competitive price was very much met. Standard LED computer fans only come with standard power - so if anybody still uses a Celeron processor or if it's more want than need, like to light up a tower - standard is fine. For 120mm or larger, it's worth the comparison. Item came exactly as described. I would've been even happier if Antec used 4 LED's vs. 3. This is a discontinued model that I have adapters for. Anytime an option for shipping instructions appear, whether from seller and/or carrier, use it. USPS (notably tbe carrier) likes leaving anything oversized for mailboxes outside of my door in super cold weather in WI without knocking or putting item in between doors.

Excellent customer service - ordered motherboard was out of stock, and they contacted me and willingly upgraded me to the next highest model. Would gladly do business again.

Site was easy to use. Prices were best compared to other PC parts sites. Order came in one piece.

The products came as ordered in perfect condition. The one piece of feedback I will give is there was no transparency on tracking for my order. I had to call in to get the tracking information. Plus the shipping took a little bit longer than I expected, but I doubt that has to due with the logistics of the company. Overall, would buy from them again!
