Strict shipping policies, extremely slow shipping, and an exceptionally unfriendly return policy. Look somewhere else to buy your computer parts. You might pay $10-15 more, but it's worth it to avoid the hassle.

The RMA process stinks. My MB was delivered in a timely manner but was DOA. I had to PAY my own postage to return the unit. The return process took almost exactly ONE MONTH. The product I finally received was refurbished. If I wanted a refurbished product, I would have purchased it on the secondary market for a much lower cost. The refurbished unit works fine, but I will not purchase from SuperBiiz again. The return cost me time & money. You are rolling the dice by ordering from them.

Shipping is fast, but when you have problem with your product... slow.

Item took longer than estimated delivery time. Box item was packed in was in poor condition as well.Order invoice looked as if it was folded and unfolded multiple times, and as if it had gotten wet or something too.

Shipping way to expensive, prices of shipping ends out making it more expensive than amazon or newegg.

Shipping and Processing took forever. Order three items. only received two of them and they took longer than a week to ship. Shipping prices were unusually high as well. Do not recommend ordering from Super Biiz

Don’t know who they use for shipping but they are slow as hell. Took them 4 days just to go thru Tennessee.

SuperBiiz is dishonest with their prices. They advertise at low prices to get recognized on either google or PCpartpicker, then they slap on tax and unreasonably massive shipping prices. And paying a lot for shipping would be less disgusting if the product was overnighted, but no, it takes over a week to get your part when competitors like B&H Photo/Video give free 2 day shipping and no tax for orders of 50 bucks or more. Amazon prime has free 2 day shipping as well. The only reason this isn't a one star review is because my product wasn't defective. I won't be returning to SuperBiiz because the service is absolutely poor, from their ghetto website that requires an account to their manipulative prices. I won't be returning, and I have advised many friends to not use this site following my experience.
