very quick processing & shipping!

I bought from superbiz because not only did they have the MSI mortar b350 artic in stock before anyone else they also had it for a cheaper price. I am very content with my purchase.

Ordered my motherboard from SuperBiiz BEFORE I ordered my other build parts from Amazon/Newegg. The Amazon/Newegg parts all arrived in 5 days from order, motherboard from SuperBiiz was still in "processing order" status. I complained to customer service, they shipped it AFTER my other parts had been delivered. Scheduled delivery is another 6 days after they shipped it, no attempt by SuperBiiz to get it to me in some reasonable amount of time considering the order date. This weekend would have been a good one to throw my build together, not much chance of that with no motherboard.

Shipping was Fast from the moment it was first scanned to the moment it was delivered to my door (21.5 hours to be exact) Purchased on 4-09-2017 and paid the $5.99 rush fee so that it would be ready for shipping by 4-10-2017 otherwise I would be refunded. Product didn't ship til 4-12-2017 and I was not refunded $5.99 as the invoice stated I would. Not really bothered by it though since I did receive it in under 24 hours when I was expecting somewhere between 2-4 days. Edit: Customer support has reached out to me to refund me the $5.99 Rush fee. As a company it shows they read reviews and care about customer satisfaction with a willingness to correct any and all mistakes. That is respectable and because of it i have changed my score from 3 to 4 stars, I would actually put 4.5 stars if I could.
