These guys were great from beginning to end. I never felt like I was being sold with one person and passed off to another. It was a human touch all the way through. I talked to several loan companies, and Summit was by far the best.

Summit Mortgage wasn't our first choice for a mortgage company - originally we were going to go with our bank. However, when our bank dropped the ball, someone recommended Summit Mortgage and I am so glad that they did. Everyone at Summit Mortgage was professional, easy to work with, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. They worked quickly to get us approved for a mortgage and we closed within 2-3 weeks of beginning the process with them. I would highly recommend Summit Mortgage to anyone.

Awesome experience. Unlike those big banks it only takes a day for their underwriters to approve a loan! Wells Fargo and the like can take weeks!
