I was looking for a house to buy, I had great credit score, good down payment and a good record, I started my mortgage application with wellsfargo bank thinking that because it was a big bank and I had banked with them for a long time that it would be easy, it turned out to be a nightmare, I was so frustrated by wellsfago and when I shared what I was going through with my agent he advised me to talk to Jeff Anderson from summit mortgage, I did, great person, so fast, honest, available even after office hours, nice guidance, he was there for me every step of the way, I now live in my multi units house.
