Entire process was top notch. Johnathan , Leah, & staff at Panther lane in Naples provided the final product that sailed thru my closing event. The folks at Conroy, Conroy, & Durant PA were very complimentary as well, regarding the Summit Mortgage Corp packages. Will continue to suggest Summit as a loan agent to my circles looking for financial investments. Thanks, Jim Lytle.

Pat Barney was very helpful, kind, patient and walked us through the entire process from start to finish. He made himself available to answer any questions and shared advice whenever we asked for his help. I couldn't be happier with the service we received from Summit Mortgage.

Wanted to refinance and was looking for a mortgage company. My brother said he heard good things about Summit Mortgage and only wished he had called them first. So I called --John Yeager answered . He made the process easy and painless. Both him and his assistant Phyllis Hirsch were only a phone call away if I had any questions or concerns. I will highly recommend Summit Mortgage to my family and friends. Thanks again to you both --job well done.
