Mike Leuthe was very helpful with walking me through the process of applying for the mortgage and making me feel comfortable at every point along the way. During the settlement, Mike took the time to answer all of my questions in a thoughtful and deliberate manner. I can't thank Mike enough for his guidance and support throughout the process. Thanks

They were always there to answer my questions. They got everything done before it was due and even made sure I was doing the same. This is my first house so I do not have anything to compare them too but I now own a home partially thanks to Summit Mortgage and couldn't be happier.

Brad S. continues to be a great support system for us. His knowledge and ability to be there for us no matter the time of day made the home buying process a very easy one. I would recommend him and his company to all.

We started this loan with a different company at 1st. Was trying to give a friend a shot (still regretting it). After a month of lies called Michael Garcia and was able to finish everything in 2-3 weeks. He just knows what he's doing. You don't need to give him much info, he gets it...he knows his business!

I went through two loan officers before meeting Jeff Anderson with Summit Mortgage. My first officer refused to work with me because she saw that I was paying for a car loan. My second officer pre-approved me but he said I would never qualify for any down payment assistance. When I came to Jeff, I was already skeptical. What can he do different for me that those other two have up? I was starting to believe maybe I wasn't making enough to own a home, maybe I had too much debt. But Jeff, he looked at the potential I had. He eventually found a first time homebuyer program that I qualified for, and he also approved me for three different loans, allowing me to look at foreclosures and fixing them with 203k loans. Jeff answered all of my questions and he has such a vast knowledge of his work. He was prompt and worked hard-he pre-approved me on a Sunday night! Jeff and summit mortgage, thank you so much for making it possible for me. When all others said no, you and your team made it possible.
