Titus Mhiripiri went above and beyond in helping me purchase and secure my new home. Titus was flexible and patient guiding me through every step of the process and was always available to answer my many questions. Thank you to him and his team

It was the worst experience of my life. I am hoping it is government regulations which made it so bad. Every time I provided some information, 10 more pieces were needed. They know more about me than I know about myself after having to provide that much information. They told some people in was working with that it was "like pulling teeth" to get information from me. That was because I didnt have it in my back pocket. They were pushy and contacted my accountant and insurance agent for information without my permission. It was horrible!

Great people to work with. They know what they are doing and work very hard to get you a mortgage for your home.

Good Morning, My experience with Summit Mortgage was great. Jonathan Schulman and Leah Dearborn were always very helpful. During the process both were very professional and clear on the information that I needed to complete the process. Also both were available every time that I have questions answering in a clear and satisfactory way. Thank you again, Maria Clara Pineda
