Ordered rolling duffel, but manufacturer ran out of color I wanted. Customer Service contacted me immediately and offered alternate colors, one of which was acceptable. They shipped it out immediately and it arrived quickly. Things don't always go as planned, but I judge vendors on how they handle any problems that arise...and these guys stepped up to make sure I was satisfied and informed.

I ordered a suitcase on Wednesday and it was delivered on Friday. My trip was planned on Tuesday of the next week and my expectations on whether I would be able to use the suitcase were very much exceeded. Thanks for the quick turnaround. If I were on a trip and had a suitcase blow-out or needed another to bring back articles, you would be Number 1 on my list of providers.

I ordered an engraved Cross pen from suitcase.com. The picture on the website didn't do it justice. It was much more breautiful than it looked! The engraving was prefect. My husband loved it and I would definitely order from them again.

I needed a replacement piece of luggage; knew what I wanted but wasn't sure about pricing and delivery capability! In my research, l located SUITCASE.COM and could not have done better...anywhere! I was skeptical because there are a lot of "promise" organizations along the "internet trail" and most cannot deliver what is promised. Not so with SUITCASE.COM! My luggage was delivered ahead of schedule packaged in such fashion to alleviate damage. WHAT ELSE CAN YOU ASK FOR?? I have found a new source for my business and have already alerted my friends and associates to use the company! KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!

First of all, I had already done my comparison shopping before I even hit their site. Then, to my surprise they had the best prices. Imagine how blown away I was to discover I was also going to be the benefactor of NO SHIPPING CHARGES! And what about service after the sale--one of the negatives of dealing with online companies, right? Wrong! This is when my experience was taken to a whole new level. Turns out there happened to be a pretty big cut on the bottom of one of my new Delsey suitcases. I called in to see what they would be willing to do about it and got a gentleman named Tony. I told him I was about to leave on a trip soon, very soon and was disappointed I may not have use of the luggage I'd ordered. He said it was too late in the day to do anything about it then, but assured me that a new one would be shipped out the next day and that I would have it within a couple of business days, definitely before my trip. He told me he would email me a return label so that I could get the damaged one back to them. Again, to my surprise, the next day I came out of a meeting and checked my voice mail. I had a voice message from a number I didn't know. It was Tony. He said he had contacted Delsey and they were shipping out my new suitcase that day, and as far as the damaged one was concerned--I could keep it, give it to Goodwill or some other charity, but don't even worry about sending it back--Delsey didn't require it returned. I'm in the services industry myself and I was humbled by the amazing service I received as a first-time customer of suitcase.com. Of ALL the service-related experiences in my lifetime--they are definitely in my Top Five! And without expounding any further on what has become a lengthy, but justifiable review--I promise you, I have been exposed to first class, five-star service delivered from a cross-section of renown, top-shelf companies from many different industries, and I must say, from start to finish my experience with suitcase.com was one of the best!
