I purchased a suitcase after extensive research. Later that day, it was cancelled due to 3-4 week backlog. Why couldn't I been given the option of waiting? Why didn't they know when I booked it - the cancellation was 2 hours later (I deleted all the competitor offers and sites so I have to start all over)?

When ordering my product their website said it was in stock. After purchasing, I received an email apologising as there was a back order of 3 to 4 weeks. I sent another email to which I received no reply. After 4 weeks with no response and no product, I rang to check the status of my order. They had cancelled my order. I could've bought the same product elsewhere for the same price had I known.

I purchased a wallet, only to receive an email that said the item was back ordered for 3 weeks and so they cancelled the order. Who does that? They gave me no option to keep the order alive. They'll never get my business again.

This has been the worst shopping experience of my life. I still have not recieved my item even though I bought it 14 days ago with 2 day shipping. I would highly recommend you do not use this site. There customer service is terrible I cannot even speak with anyone about this.

I ordered the item with expedited shipping for an upcoming trip. Turns out the item wasn't in stock. Communication was minimal (I had to call after it should have been delivered to see what was up). Still don't know when my new suitcase will arrive.

Good Afternoon, and Thank you for giving me this opportunity to address a few issues that occurred before purchasing an item fro Suitcase.com. While conducting my final payment, twice, I entered a code for a discount - which did not work. I immediately contacted a suitcase.com representative who - after speaking with his supervisor, apologized, and referred the message that they were experiencing problems with the discount codes. The second problem occurred when I noticed that I was being charged for shipping although the web-site stated, " free shipping for orders over $75 dollars. Again, I contacted the same representative who I contacted about the discount codes, and he stated shipping was free due to my purchase being over $75.00 ( my purchase price $217. and est. with shipping $260.00). Lastly, I went online to UPS and entered my tracking number sent to me by suitcase.com. The tracking number sent from your company is not registering with the delivery service. I now have to call the delivery service tomorrow- since today is a holiday and check the shipping status. The quality of service from Suitcase.com is unsatisfactory, due to the false advertisement on shipping and discounts,unresponsiveness from managerial staff, and difficulties with waybill tracking.

Mr. Anthony, Our apologies that you have experienced issues with ordering from us. To address the issues of false advertising, our website does have a disclaimer about the free shipping policy, which is only valid in the continental 48 states of the United States. (excludes Alaska and Hawaii). Also, our promo code does not include all brands of luggage. There is a disclaimer about this as well. We do have some brands that are already deeply discounted and we simply can not afford to go lower. Claire Chase is one of those brands. We have emailed you the proper tracking number because you are absolutely correct in that the tracking number sent to you was incorrect. This is a ground shipment order and will take a few extra days to reach Hawaii. As far as the customer service, we appreciate your comments and will be taking great strides to improve in that arena. The feedback you have provided is truly taken to heart as we are a business that prides itself on customer care, service and years of a loyal customer base. Sent an email saying package is bent. No response. When I emailed asking where is shipment, I got a response saying they'll get with warehouse and a bunch of "!" Showing irritation I'm asking since I never got a confirmation it was sent for over a week
