We are six months into this partnership and so far Subsplash has been an easy company to work with. With their helpfulness, and the ability of the software, the upgrade to this product has been easy and all of the features we needed and they provided integrated well into our church setting.

I am only qualified to comment on the Subsplash Giving side of things. The service would be five star in responsiveness and desire to fix things. The actual flawlessness of the platform itself (or possibly just its integration with Planning Center) would only be four star because of the number of glitches we've had with the integration with PCO (having to re-link longtime givers repeatedly, donations not showing up in PCO and having to be manually entered, small discrepancies in transfer totals vs what showed up in PCO, etc). This isn't an every week thing, more like an issue (sometimes spanning multiple weeks) about every other or every third month.

We bought into the entire app and web page. It is easy to set up and it gives us the very best tools at hand to get our message across to our congregation as well as our community. I highly recommend subsplash!
