Ever since beginning with Subsplash, Subsplash has helped us transition to more Digital Media, Content, stay better connected and open up giving in ways that have been truly beyond our expectations! We are delighted to now also be Live-streaming with Subsplash and the fact that Website, App, Giving and Live-stream are all integrated, cross platform and WORK, is a HUGE benefit to our staff AND volunteers!

Subsplash's platform looks great, it's easy to use, and their customer service has always exceeded expectations. For churches like ours who don't have in-house resources to produce these resources, Subsplash is a no-brainer.

Everyone I've ever dealt with at Subsplash has been wonderful. Their customer service is superb! I love the fact that we have our own person that we deal with each time - thanks for providing us with a relationship with a real human versus just a number at a call center. Literally every employee we've had dealings with has been friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, courteous... how do you guys do it so consistently? Ah... I'll bet that you truly take the command to "do all things as unto Christ" to heart! But even beyond the exemplary customer service, the products and service you guys offer are top notch. I love the fact that from the beginning it seems as though just when I start to think, "You know, wouldn't it be great if they added this new feature?" You guys already have it in the works! I especially love the new website builder. You've made it so easy to DIY all these high tech operations! We're a fairly small church in the middle of nowhere, yet we have a first rate app and a really nice website thanks to you guys! Thank you all for your hard work and dedication to superior customer relations and awesome products and resources! Y'all rock! :)

I love the fact it groups it all under one platform. I dont like the lack of technical help for pastors or churches that are not loaded with staff or tech saavy personnel, or in my case...someone who is somewhat tech saavy, but is a bi-vocational pastor simply with no time. Support is hard to reach and it often seems like I'm a bother when trying to engage support. Good tools, service could be better.
