Bad customer service, raised prices and fees after owner sold. Store your belongings elsewhere.

I been with this place for years and not happy with all the price increases this year..

Mark, Thank you - we always appreciate feedback from our customers. Looking through your records, there was a nominal fee increase for your unit for +/-$10, associated with new ownership. We do hope the increased security measures and trained storage professionals recently hired demonstrate this increase was put to good use. Also added to your contract was a fee (roughly the same amount,) applied to a tenant protection policy, something we do insist upon to protect you and your property. Lastly, our billing cycles run the 1st on every month. We have found this is most convenient to the majority of our clients as it helps with planning and budgeting. If you would like help in setting up automatic payments that coincide, so late fees are never an issue, our call center will be more than happy to assist. Experience was good from office, rates are ridiculous with a 2nd increase in less than four months. From $159.71 to $181 and now to $201.97. If they wanted us to vacate they should have simply said so. McKee Foods has held warehouses in those units since the 60's but it would appear they want us to find storage elsewhere and that can be done.

The door is rusted and extremely hard to open and close. It's too expensive for what you get. We will be moving out our stuff as soon as possible

1 - very rude office people 2- never know how much I need to pay each month since the amount has not been the same each month since Store Space took over. 3- can not contact an actual person, only emails. Some times email are not good enough, when you really need to speak to some on in charge. 4 Continue to allow homeless people to live in the unit. I don't feel safe going to my unit. I have has a unit there since around 2004 and I am so unhappy with the way I have been treated that as soon as I can find a new place I plan on leaving Storage Space and not recommending you to any one that I know. thanks

I would not recommend the facillity or any other store space facility. They raised my rental fee a little over 30% at one time. I will be canceling this rental very soon

Low boy trailer was stolen at Store Sace. Store Space claims no responsibility. I had paid for Octobers storage fees and they hadn't deposited the check, I asked that they not deposit the check since trailer was missing. They cashed it two days later. Shame!

They raised the fees and added insurance without notification, never asked if we had home owners or renters insurance, so we had to double pay. Their late fees are outrageous. They do not work with you or allow partial payments.
