I've been very happy with my experience. It was easy to get on the TPO network. Porting over my number was a cinch. Cell coverage has been comparable to other cell services but at a significantly lower cost. On top of all of that you are donating to a cause that you believe in.

I LOVE TPO. They have amazing customer service, great coverage, and fantastic prices. What more can you ask for? Oh yeah, a portion of your payment going towards a charity of your choice. Perfect.

TPO is the very good option for me. Good prices and giving to charity. What I would like to see in the future: An android app to check data usage and call history. Ability to switch between plans online and get the auto pay discount. More add on data options. Maybe 500MB for $5.

I activated the first SIM in September 2016 - the activation failed so I called the customer service. After 14 days they told me that they do not have phone numbers for Atlanta GA area anymore and this is the reason why it could not be activated. I agreed to have a area number from a different state. A month later I activated 2nd SIM for my wife with the same problem - they still did not have a number available for me. I got a different area code. Today, it is January 2017, I went to activate the 3rd SIM for my son. Guess what? They still do not have phone numbers for Atlanta. I think that this is not a serious business - they had planty of time to get more numbers.

My phone was not receiving calls or texts so I was told my query would be past to the technical team and they would get back to me within 3 days. After 3 days I was told there was still no update and it was not worth me calling every day as there was nothing they could do until they heard from the technical team. They said they had no idea how long I would be without a line, they could not estimate whether it would be weeks or months. I was not allowed any contact with the technical team. There seems to be no urgency all they say is we're a small company so things take a bit longer. Im an agency worker so rely on agencies contacting me for work especial over xmas and the new year. So i've lost out on a lot of work due to this problem and no one can get hold of me.
