My personal experience with them has been a mixed one to say the least. Although these's were a short stay in the US market, but during that period the assistance that period the assistance that I got was satisfactory.

Pros: The pricing is excellent. TPO donates to charities. Rarely an issue with signal or data strength. Con: No chat customer service. If you live alone or need your service before friends/family are available to use their phone, it's difficult to get to customer service if something goes wrong with the autopay renew etc. as pay phones are rare and it's not easy to find a stranger to let you borrow their phone for an unknown amount of time (depending on if there is a wait, troubleshooting, etc).

After logging into my account, I could not find the balance of minutes, data, and text I had left on the phone.

It took til the next day to get connected, because someone typed wrong numbers in, but so far the service has been great! :-)

Yoy guys should update the website. You should also have an option for the international calling where you can stop the service by yourself. Not calling and getting charged for a service that maybe I don't want to use next month. Thanks

everything is good except the texts I get at 4 and 5 in the morning telling me that i am going to be billed for the coming month, I do not need a text I already gave my permission to bill my credit card, and much less in the middle of the night. jose alemany

Very good service for the money. With proper expectations, it will put a smile on your face, and they give to a charity of your choice too!
