Sterling listened to my problem (I had a violation on my motor vehicle back ground check which was incorrect) and advised me to call the Maine DMV. They were calm, cool and collected. This company does the background check for uber delivery and it's one of the worst company out there. They don't even deserve to get one star. They send barcode to take post office and verify my ID. I when to the post office and exactly did the verification process and paid the fee and the receipt came back showing error message, but the post office lady said come back if they didn't received the verification. I called sterling and they told them. They asked to go to post office again, then I when back to the post office this time the receipt shows the process was successful. Even though they received the verification and I paid the fee of charge they keepsendingme barcode asking to go to post office. I spoke to them on the phone many times but they still insist I should go to the post office again and resend the verification.
