My experience with Sterling was a great on.

The company is obviously very capable of conducting background investigation. The simplicity of the information I had to provide in order for them to conduct a check was minimal. Unlike other companies in the past where I basically provided every bit of information, where it apparently was me doing my own investigation on me.

Every specialist I've talked to at Sterling over the past week has been extremely helpful and educated with their responses. I had all of my questions and problems resolved immediately and it is evident that Sterling holds its client service standards to a very high degree.

Made a double payment by mistake, so I asked for reimbursement. I received a quick response and funds were quickly returned.

No matter who I was to contact from the sterling office, they was prompt about securing the clients needs. Was very much appreciated for all help. Thank you

The customer service was great every time I reached out my questions was answered all representatives we're polite and very helpful.

Horrible customer service, not helpful at all, customer service is like internet troll.
