I can hear the sound, can't recognize the similar words ,like wax and max, same and name... Your hearing aids can't solve this problem.

I totally appreciate the hearing aids although they do not reach the end of the ear canal. That is the only complaint I have. They have improved my heating.🤗

Easy to get an appointment and service was good. Had some difficulty in getting a good fit with domes.

Good product

1. My charger died and I have a loaner 2. The receiver on my left deaf ear does not transmit well to the good ear on the left-and that is the whole reason I got them. 3. Your app does not have a phone number to call for help or any learning or robust instructions. 4. They hurt after wearing them all day behind my ear

You have a good product. This is my second set of hearing aids, yours is far superior to my first pair. The device itself is well executed and the phone app works just fine. I especially like the Edge mode where the phone (aka pocket super-computer) does the sound signal processing. You business story attracted me to your brand before I bought. But maybe the best part was working with your representative here, Hearing Northwest. They are very professional and competent, and definitely pointed me in the right direction. Their after sale support is great.
