I have hearing aids of Starkey model Evolv AI 2400 RIC 312. I installed the app THRIVE. I have issues with this app: It changes the listening program to Steam boost without my intervention. Best regards Ivan Hendrikx, Belgium

I paid over $6000 for my hearing aids with AI technology. It hasn't been 6 months and my right hearing aid lost all bluetooth function. For the price I paid I feel that I got taken. My last pair was a 1\4th of the price and worked better.

The background noise cancellation feature is one of the best features of this hearing aid. I can finally hear conversation at my dinner table in restaurants without the interference of background noise. So pleased!
