Spinfinite.comReviews of spinfinite.com

Won the grand prize for $5300. I thought I was dreaming or it was a mistake. Finally it came through. Catch was I had to play through it so in the end I cashed out with $4300. Not bad at all. Thanks for the win!

I signed up on 11/07/25, bought a package for a great deal, played one night and won. I tried to redeem my winnings the same night; however I was unable to due to Spinfinite having a statement on their redemption page that states I have to wait 48 hours after I make a purchase to redeem my balance. Seriosly? I've never heard of a site doing that and I'm registered on about 50. After the 48 hours, I was finally able to redeem my balance; however now it's telling me that it takes them 72 hours to approve my redemption. Another first for me. That's a total of 5 days just to get my redemption processed plus the time it's going to take to get to my bank account. I like the site with their huge selection of games and I enjoyed my time, but redemption times are a huge factor for me and so far Spinfinite has the worst I've seen. With all the new sweepstake casinos starting up, if they don't have fast or instant redemption times I don't think they'll last long. That's just my opinion. Spinfinìte needs to get it together. I will update my review, if by chance, my redemption comes sooner but right now my rating has to do with their terrible redemption process. UPDATE: I received my redemption. I'm updating my rating from 1 star to 4 stars due to their redemption times and because customer service is nonexistent. I will continue to play at Spinifinite; however I will be mindful of the redemption processing times. Hopefully it will improve over time because having to wait 48 hours after you make a purchase to even start the redemption process is unheard of, at least for me and I play on a bunch of sites. Then another 72 hours for the redemption to be approved is just crazy. After the 72 hours were up around 7pm, I received an email saying my redemption was on its way to my bank. I then got it the mid morning the next day.

So I redeemed $100 bucks on the 6th and I finally got the email saying that it went through but when I went to check my account...its wasn't put in there yet. Has anyone else dealt with this???

Resolved my issue quickly and effectively. James was great!

Deceptive advertising, and not responding to emails over multiple days. I made 2 purchases, both included boosted Daily Login SC to be claimed everyday for logging in. I've logged in everyday so far and have not received a single Daily Login bonus, which I paid for. They responded in 1 day when answering verification concerns, but for my purchase concerns no response for a week so far... is very just shady: Update: They responded and credited my missing purchases and even processed my redemption FAST - less than 24hrs. This turned my frown upside down.

I am advid player and I know there are so many sites to choose from and these sites work hard for our dollar! We'll the great ones do! They should try and get your redemptions out fast, they should have a loyalty reward system. Every site has that dreaded verification process and honestly depends on whk you talk to on how difficult its gonna be tk get that 1st redemption.Anyhow Won $1000 on Halloween and had not seen my winnings for 10 days. Finally I spoke with a spinfinite rep who said they had been having a hard time sending my redemption my bank was rejecting it and of course I immediately faulted the site as I have been getting redemptions with this card on othersites and we went back and forth he finally advised me to cancel my newest winnings and get a differant bank verified. So I contact my bank and they had recently changed from visa to discover and discover doesnt like these sites apparently. So I changed to a differant bank and the associate I was dealing with got me my redemption in record time. Love this site and once you get past that 1st redemption it is just as any of your other favorite sites. Great games and quick redemptions

So I was completely convinced that I had walked into the trap everyone of us fears and tries to dodge everyday with these gaming platforms especially since I had won a substantial amount on Spinfinite rather quickly and then came the pressure of the KYC verification process that looms over everyone's head at that critical point of redemption but believe me when I tell you Spinfinite is 1000% on point with there times and there response times when your getting worried because you desperately need money for everyday things when the world is so crazy right now they will let you know everything is okay and get you through the process peacefully. I am a legit player and a definite Spinfinite fan for sure. Thank you James and Caitlin and also Spinfinite for all your support and help

I love this casino. The games are just wonderful and exciting and my redemption was almost easy to get.
