DEADSPINS AFTER DEADSPINS EVEN ON 3X3…
DEADSPINS AFTER DEADSPINS EVEN ON 3X3 SLOTS SOMEHOW SOMEWAY 100 SPINS $1 A BET 0 DOLLARS WON. IM NOT KIDDING !
Response from Spinfinite.com· Dec 3, 2025
Hi there, Just to clarify, we aren't able to adjust the pay outs on any of our games. All games are operated and controlled by independent third-party providers, which is standard across all social casinos. Everything runs fairly and randomly, but we totally understand how frustrating a tough streak can feel.

Spinifite has great customer service
Spinifite has great customer service, they have a super quick response time if you do need to talk to support and are informative. They also have a monthly season pass option, which offers a great deal and I’ve been to several other platforms, no other platform is offering this.

We are loving the season pass too!

Ok so this is going to start off bad…
Ok so this is going to start off bad but read to end ends up amazing. So im a gambler and I have literally every casino app on my phone. I have my own personal mini Vegas in my pocket. Anyways I got the notification about Spinfinite so I downloaded and bought their first package. I lost which is fine, I was a little disappointed but its to be expected heck its a casino. I was excited about all the daily bonuses but they never came so emailed and a customer service rep named Troy credited me 10sc twice and I still after 2 weeks wasnt getting them so I emailed again and he credited me 4sc and I ended up winning 500sc off of it. The redemption email came and just waiting on deposit. I ended up loving this site and the customer service is outstanding. Thank you for everything guys!

Winnings disappears in thin air
I had 30 free spins which I won 225.00 awesome right! 2 minutes later my balance was 2 bucks. UNBELIEVABLE and there is no one to contact NO ONE. So Wrong that is why there's no one to contact they have to be responsible for any mistakes now it's just blown to the wind. I hate getting ripped off I hate getting ripped off

I received an email letting me know…
I received an email letting me know that I had reached Bronze status and that I had 5SC waiting for me to claim on the website. I clicked on the claim now button to receive it but I was automatically brought to a purchase package page? This doesn't make any sense. I also have been waiting for a response on the Alternative Method of Entry letters that I have been sending out since June 30th. I would appreciate a response. Thank you.

Bad redemption process and they blocked me
I have had so many problems with redemptions, they would get cancelled or not come in. I tolerated it because support mostly fixed it but now my account is blocked or something, I can't buy anything and my daily bonus is now worthless. One of my redemptions Im not sure if I ever even got and support has been silent about it.

This is literally the land of dead…
This is literally the land of dead spins. Do not play this site. They hold your redemption for 72hrs. By then you just pull it back to play with. I spun on lots of games on here and very little bonuses hit. You will spin forever seems like. No payouts. The rewards are crap. When you buy a package it won’t give you the extra it promises or give you the extra wheel to spin. They will credit you $5 for it but what’s the point if you can’t hit on anything? Avoid this site!

I have bought nearly $100 for their special deals, but when I try to cashout, it will not let me redeem my balance even though I have verified and sent them my bank statement, ID, and proof of address. If they do not respond within a week, I will request credit card chargeback of all my purchases. Edit: finally after many discussions, I received the funds
