I bought a Vega about two years ago and have had to get it repaired five times. It is still not working. Please do not buy one of these. Terrible product.
Response from spacetouch.com· Sep 14, 2026
I'm sorry — five repairs and still not working is not acceptable, and it's fair to be this frustrated. At this point, repairing the same unit again clearly isn't the answer. Please reach out to us directly at [email protected] reference this review, and let's talk about a full replacement or other resolution instead of another repair attempt. If this has not been settled by now. You shouldn't be stuck troubleshooting the same device for two years.

Thank you to Tonette for helping me replace my Jupiter after it was destroyed in a fire. I am so grateful to her for her kindness in this difficult situation, as well as to her creativity in helping me figure out how to replace my device. Thank you Tonette! And, thank you to Spacetouch for valuing its clients!

I was at a convention break, got called in by a nice looking gentleman. He was funny & sensitive as well. I have quite of few scars on my face from my past.he told me all about the product and how it can take care of my scars. I had taken a selfie, it really up set me. I've been looking for a while for a solution to remove the scars. I've had it for a couple weeks and I love it! Plus I have a toothache and it feels great! Thank you for giving me a face that doesn't remind me of my past.

Thank you for trusting us with something this personal. It means a lot that you shared this, and we're so glad you're feeling good about what you see now. (And glad your toothache was getting a little relief too, even if that one's just a happy bonus!) Wishing you continued healing, in every sense of the word.
