Update (5/17/2026): After posting to Trustpilot, I got a phone call from Riva who followed up on my experience and issued refunds to me. I appreciate that Spacer.com took immediate action to rectify the issue. --- Original (5/15/2026): Avoid this website at all costs. It is always better to directly book your spot with the owner of the parking lot. I booked a spot via Spacer and in 2025 the parking lot's management changed. Even though Spacer didn't have the authorization to rent the parking spot from the new management, they continued to charge me, without notifying me of the change, until one day my car got towed. I called Spacer's customer service (agent name Marie; ref# 262552) and they refused to admit any faults on their part. In addition, they also didn't return my security deposit. Overall, extremely dubious business practice and terrible customer service.
