Absolutely amazing experience with Spacejoy! Our designer, Lauren brought truly beautiful vision to our currently empty space. We will be moving into our new home in early June, and cannot wait to see it all come together :). I would definitely use Spacejoy again, and highly recommend to anyone and everyone looking for a fresh design!

In love with my new designs! It took me just a little bit to understand the process and figure out how the Spacejoy website works. Once I had my first one-on-one interaction with my designer, I was in love with the experience. After my designer Sarah, listened to my preferences and what I had in mind, she started to present design options that were not only perfect to my taste, but elevated it! I am so happy I decided to design rooms with Spacejoy.

I had such an incredible experience with my designer Micaela. She helped us design the most beautiful nursery for our baby girl. Everyone comments on what a serene environment it is! She also helped design our master bedroom and she picked out some of the most beautiful art! She worked with me every step of the way, and even if something went out of stock she always found something equally beautiful to replace it! I cant wait to design more rooms with her in the future! I definitely recommend spacejoy to anyone looking to have that interior designer experience but conviently virtual and way cheaper then hiring a personal interior designer to come to the home, plus excellent customer service! I LOVE walking into my daughters room every day, its puts a huge smile on my face! And our bedrooms color palette is so soothing my husband says its relaxes him right away and hell him to wind down from the day! Thanks again Micaela, cant wait to work with you again soon!

Such a great experience! Space Joy was a great way for my husband and I to really think about how we wanted to use the room we asked to have designed. Their in-depth survey brought up some very good questions for us to consider, and although somewhat time intensive up front, it was SO worth it to be able to see everything in 3D and visualize how the room could look. We've made a few design errors by just going with our gut, so now we can redesign the room with confidence knowing just how it will turn out. Our designer, Chloe, listened to our feedback and provided budget friendly options for our room. We are so pleased and can't wait to design the next room in our house. THANK YOU!

I loved my design and when I asked about a different furniture layout I received a revision very quickly. I was really disappointed with the shopping aspect. I searched hard for an eDesign service that worked in Canada. Before I purchased a package I read on the Spacejoy website that they were able to service Canada. However when I went to purchase several of the pieces from the design they were at websites that either do not ship to Canada or had exorbitant international shipping fees. Had I known that Spacejoy actually doesn't service Canada I most likely would have continued searching for a Canadian solution.

Eda did an extraordinary job designing our place. She understood our needs and executed beautifully. The ordering process was smooth as well.

In full transparency I didn't 100% love my first final design. However, once I mentioned that I received a call from SpaceJoy's customer service team who "turned my frown-upside-down" and really stood behind their promise to ensure I loved my design. Within a week I had an updated final design which I loved (I ended up working with one of their lead designers Micaela for the final design, highly recommend her). All the products they recommended were beautiful and I'm excited to work with SpaceJoy for a 2nd room soon!

I can only give this experience one star for the 3D rendering of my room. I have specific things I wanted in my room design, most important to me that I stressed in my survey was a specific color. The site has a long detailed survey that I spent hours working on. Per their questions; I gave detailed answers to describe what I wanted to see. The survey section is very lengthy and it does not have a back button and if you do not know you are at the end it finalizes and locks up. I had to contact the site to tell them I was not finished and they unlocked it for me. The quick response time is included in this one star rating. Once the survey was completed I did get contacted once to clarify some items in my survey, but not from the designer who was going to work on my project. After that communication, I got notified a couple times that my design was in progress. It took the full 14 days to receive. This is where everything FAILS! The room design did not incorporate the few things I specifically requested especially in terms of color. She did not use one spot of my preferred color. NOT. ONE. SPOT. of it. The designer also selected furniture in a finish that I specifically stated I did not want. Overall the design was completely off the mark on so many levels. I replied to the designer my dissatisfaction. I am actually angry I spent so much time on the survey. I don't know why they even bother asking any questions at great length, if the designer is not going to even incorporate the most important request. Props for the designer, she did respond quickly apologizing and said she will review my survey and draft up another design. It took another 7 days to get the revision. It was laughable to get almost the same concept with one single item added in the color I wanted. ONE SINGLE throw blanket in the color I requested to be my main pop of color. I could go on about how frustrating this experience has been. I would NOT recommend this site if you have any specific ideas about what you want to see in your room. If you have specific needs, do not count on them being included. Don't spend a lot of time doing the surveys as the designer do not even read it from what I can tell. If you have no ideas, no specifics and really starting from complete scratch, and do not want to include any color, this could work for you. This was a huge disappointment and waste of time.
